Return policy

Our rooftop cargo boxes are hand-crafted to perfection, so of course we stand by them. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions:
+ Returned items must be in the original product packaging
+ Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
+ Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs
+ Custom Colors cargo carriers are a final sale and therefore excluded from the return policy
+ Return to us by shipping back to our production facility or to a participating retail outlet
